One of my highest values is #self-love

Having self-love is one of my top values because it's a cornerstone for being able to be happy. Self-love is also very important in achieving wealth and health, as well as having better relationships with other people. You can't have success without a strong self-image, so learning how to love yourself helps you to become more ambitious and focused on what matters most in life. Self-love is connected to self-esteem. Self-love is slippery because often we don't know whether our self-love tank is full or empty.

How would you know if you have self-love or not? I have found that the clues come from the external world: when people in your life are disrespectful, abusive, or co-dependent. Sometimes, it can take an event from someone in your life to show that self-love is lacking. I like to take responsibility for my growth and learning so I ask myself the question: What would someone have to believe to have that happen? Of course, I am not responsible for the other person's thoughts, beliefs or deeds. And asking the question allows me to find any outdated beliefs in my body/mind system that I can change for a better result in future situations.

Self-love is connected to boundaries, good boundaries seem to support and nurture self-love, and lacking boundaries allows disrespect and abusive behaviour from others to happen.

Over the years I have found self-love is one of my top values because it's at the heart of who we are. It's the force that drives us to make better choices, do good things, and care for others. It's also a key part of being happy in life, which leads to success. You cannot have wealth unless you love yourself, you have better relationships with self-love.

There are lots of reasons why self-love is important, especially in the context of being a professional and living a fulfilling life. As a leader, we must first take care of ourselves before going out there and serving others. If you don't take care of yourself then there's no way that you'll be able to love others as well.

Self-love is a core value at Perth Hypnotherapist because it's a critical part of who we are. It's the engine that drives our actions, the force that inspires us to take on challenges and motivate ourselves to do more. Self-love and Self-esteem bring so many good things into your life.

Three ways to improve self-love are

1. Telling yourself to your face (mirror work) that you were a lovable baby, a lovable child and now you are a lovable adult. Your unconscious mind is your servant and will make changes on the inside when you give the instructions for the self-love that you want. As you say the words hold your heart, look deep into your eyes and mean what you say, feeling the loving feeling in your body and your mind.

2. Discover what you love to do, discover what brings you joy and make time, self-love time, time out in nature, time out in fun, time out to take yourself on a self-love date and do that thing that you love.
